Gas Condenser
The condenser is the core component in System Renergi. Its simple technology provides key advantages for profitable operation.
Electrostatic Precipitator
This is sometimes called a salt barrier, since its ability to remove particles is largely related to salt compounds. Together, these very small particles constitute the greatest proportion by weight - about 70% - of all the particles that the condenser is not able to remove.
Water Treatment System
The water treatment system is based on three components: the trap tower, an open sand filter and a clean water tank.
Dryers
The Renergi LTD Dryer is a low-temperature dryer. The air that it processes has a temperature of about 70° C, meaning that it is well-suited for drying of chips, etc., since no chemical contaminants are released.
Screw conveyors
Saxlunds Screw Conveyors have many benifits and recieves in different designs. Screwthreads can for example be delivered custom made.
  Mixing and Conditioning Screw
Mixing and Conditioning Screws are mainly used in Ash and Slag Handling. The dry ash is dosed in an even speed into the Screw.
Sliding Frame
The Sliding Frame is an "original"discharger design by Saxlund for flat bottom circular silos. It is designed to function with non free flowing and difficult materials such as dewatered sludge cakes.
Rotor
An other feeder system is the hydraulic rotor system. The Rotor is used mainly in wood handling.
Elevator
Saxlunds elevators has the following advantages: little need of space, fairly insensitive of temporary large material, small need of power and low maintenance costs.
Scraper Conveyor
Saxlunds Scraper Conveyor is suitable for transport divided material such as: chips, bark, peat, pellets, coal and ash.
Grate
Saxlund has developed a new grat where the grate movement is adjusted to current effect output.
  Infeeder
A new Infeeder system that minimize the possibility of "burn through" and associated uncontrolled air supply to the grate.
Push Floor
The Push Floor is an "original" discharger design by Saxlund for squere and rectangular bunkers. It is designed to function with non free flowing and difficult to handle bulk solid materials.
   
  Dosing Box
Saxlunds Dosing Box with Push Floor system is suitable for discharging material to equipment such as riddles and bark scratcher.
Rotary Walve
Rotary valves are often utilised within ash handling systems to create an air seal. The valves can be supplied in a number of versions depending on the operating temperature and the application.
Sludge Solid Pumd
Many different types of sludge can be pumped economically, including high solids content. An advantage of these systems is that they are closed to eliminate odour and corrosion.
